12.5 % alcohol/volume

REVIEW: This pale yellow sparkling wine has aromas of crunchy red delicious apple, peach, melon, mineral notes, pineapple, honey, and hints of sweet spice, vanilla, and almond.

It is medium-bodied and dry on the palate with crisp acidity. It has some richness with lots of minerality and flavours of orchard fruit, red apple, lime, pineapple, and a slightly bitter almond finish. The flavours linger.

Tasted February 2019.

WINE-FOOD PAIRING: Good on its own but would also pair well with Asian food.

SCORE: 89
