Review: A light to medium-bodied bubbly offering enticing aromas of crab apple, pink grapefruit, and passionfruit, along with hints of chives, chalk, and almonds. Dry on the palate, the vibrant pink grapefruit and crab apple notes carry through with herbal undertones, and a smooth and enjoyable mouthfeel.
This wine would make an excellent accompaniment to fried Thai basil shrimp rolls or deep-fried zucchini. Additionally, fresh goat cheese salad would complement the wine beautifully.
