Alc./Vol. 12.5 %

REVIEW: Made from handpicked grapes using the traditional method, this bubbly is subdued and not overly expressive in terms of aromas. Rich pear pastry is most prominent on the nose followed by peach and hints of banana cream pie and hazelnut.

On the palate, the rich pasty follows through with notes of grapefruit and a slightly bitter nutty finish. It is medium bodied with nice fine bubbles and moderate acidity. This wine has some opulence and offers excellent value for its low cost.

WINE-FOOD PAIRING: This would pair well with creamy sauces or with rich seafood.
