Alc./Vol.: 12.5%
REVIEW: Made in the traditional method from a blend of 63% Chardonnay and 37% Pinot Noir and aged a minimum of 48 months on its lees, this sparkling beauty releases stewed apple aromas with notes of marzipan, baked biscuit, and hints of wet slate, white pepper, and spearmint.
On the palate, you’ll find a medium-bodied and opulent sparkling wine with many fine bubbles. The detected flavours mingle crab apple, lemon, and gentle pink grapefruit with subtle hazelnut biscotti notes. The flavours linger.
Tasted October 2024.
PAIRING: Perfect wine to pair with chicken pot pie or fried chicken.
