REVIEW: Vegan certified, this zesty bubbly is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon using the Charmat method. Fragrant on the nose, it displays acacia aromas, faint pineapple, lemon, sweet grapefruit, and almond, with hints of wet slate and chive.
Light and dry on the palate, it presents mouthwatering pomelo and lemon notes, subtle white peach, and mineral undertones.
Tasted August 2024.
WINE-FOOD PAIRING: Great on its own and oh so versatile, I paired my glass with chicken brochette, lemon spiced grilled potatoes, and Tzatziki, a perfect match!
