REVIEW: On the nose, a fragrant bouquet of ripe field strawberry, cantaloupe, and gentle clementine, with white floral undertones and a touch of bubblegum.
Easy drinking and vibrant on the palate, the wine characteristics are well integrated and balanced, where hints of sweetness mingle harmoniously with tartness and fine bubbles. The flavour profile follows the nose, with wild strawberry and gentle clementine notes.

WINE-FOOD PAIRING: Perfectly enjoyable on its own, this wine pairs well with a light salad, a charcuterie board, or with salty appetizers. I enjoyed my glass with restaurant style tortilla chips and mild pineapple Pico de Gallo.
