13% Alcohol/Volume

REVIEW: Made from a blend of Xinomavro, Krassato, and Stavroto and aged a minimum of twelve months in oak barrels, this Greek wine has aromas of black cherry and plum with cinnamon, leather, sweet tobacco, cedar, floral notes, dark chocolate, vanilla bean, and black pepper.

Tart cherry and plum flavours follow through on the palate along with cinnamon, smoke and a cocoa finish. It is medium-bodied with velvety tannins and vibrant acidity.

Tasted February 2019.

WINE-FOOD PAIRING: This would pair well with pork chops, spicy sausage, or with meat lasagna.

SCORE: 89
